FEATURED PROJECT: CARDO RESTAURANT.

'Cardo' (meaning thistle) was a project involving the complete re-branding and refit of an existing restaurant in Perth.  The budget and time on site was limited, with construction to be carried out over just 7 days of closure.

The clients brief requested that the space should retain the key features of the former bank interior whilst creating a sense of ‘unique rustic ambiance’ to complement the restaurant’s contemporary Mediterranean menu.

Original furniture such as an exquisite, veneered bookcase were repurposed to form the bar.  Authentic lighting including the vintage Japanese trawler pendants, 200 year old ‘beam chandeliers’ and the gentle glow of Edison bulbs helped create a warm and inviting dining experience.

Precise drawings and careful planning meant that the project was completed onsite in only 6 days!
